Michel ZAMbO is a young visual art practitioner. He was born on November 20 in Yaoundé in a large religious family. Orphaned very early, he became a street child where he discovered the magic of shapes and colors in which he escapes regularly.

His urban odyssey ended five years later when he got closer to his grandmother, who instilled in him spiritual and cultural values that would never leave him. The budding artist became familiar with the customs of the Beti people and ancient traditions, all this being crowned by the realization of a fresco in the chapel Sainte Thérèse of the baby Jesus of Nkol’Ngié of his village.

The artistic sensitivity is expressed very strongly in him and leads him to express himself in various disciplines: sport, cinema, comedy, computer graphics, but the plastic arts remain his hobby in which he escapes and transposes In 2013, he became a member of the KIRO’O games team where he participated as a designer and graphic designer in the design of the Aurion video game.

His teamwork experience enriched him, both technically and ideologically, but this was further reinforced by his meeting with the group of young artists, whose creation philosophy was based on an African paradigm. of the cultural kinship of the peoples of black Africa and of the great challenge of our generation, immersed him in big business, linked to the field he adulated, craftsman of African cultural awakening. that he did not hesitate to grab the hand held out by the association of vital, innovative and sustainable alternatives.
